We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Centre at https://thermasealshop.com and follow the instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or product.
